B2B website strategy consultant for VPs of Marketing leading a rebrand

I help Marketing VPs define a B2B website strategy before design or development starts: what the site is for, who it needs to persuade, what it needs to say, and what gets built.

What 30+ websites taught me

You are probably here because one of these is true...

One is a warning sign. Two or more means the brief is being written on decisions nobody has closed yet.

Quotes before decisions

Quotes before decisions

You have agency quotes with timelines and prices, but nobody has agreed what the new website is actually for.

The site tells the old story

The site tells the old story

The company has outgrown its positioning. The website still describes the business you were  two years ago.

Three versions of the same company

Three versions of the same company

Marketing, Sales and leadership describe the company in different ways, so every external conversation starts again from the beginning.

You own it, they decide it

You own it, they decide it

The rebrand sits with you, but the decisions it depends on are spread across several stakeholders who have not agreed with each other.

The board will ask what changed

The board will ask what changed

You will have to answer it after launch, and right now the answer does not exist.

Every review reopens the same argument

Every review reopens the same argument

Decisions that should have closed before design started keep coming back, and each round costs a version of the work.

Every item written down is no longer open for interpretation

Three documents. Nine decisions.

The Diagnosis

A written diagnosis of the decisions the website depends on. It defines:

What the site is actually doing today

Behavioural data, not opinions. One sentence naming the gap between the site's reputation inside the company and how visitors actually use it.

Its one job, and the number that proves it

One primary action, one success metric, and a ranked list of what loses when goals conflict.

The open position in your category

What your competitors are all claiming, and the open claim you have the evidence to credibly own.

Not a generic audit of what is wrong. An agreed definition of what the next site has to accomplish.

The Direction

A strategic direction the rest of the company can use. It includes:

A positioning statement, in the present tense

Ranked options with one recommended, and the evidence underneath it.

The audience decision, including the exclusion

Who the site is for, what they need to believe before acting, and who it is deliberately not for.

A portable Message Guide

One core message, three pillars with proof, the true things you chose not to lead with, and which pillar each page carries.

Diagram: the direction
02

The Message Guide is not tied to a page design. Marketing, Sales and whoever builds the site all work from the same one.

The Build-Ready Brief

A website brief built for execution, not another round of discovery. It includes:

A sitemap built on evidence

Every key page carries a defined job, with search intent mapped where it matters. Every page that exists today gets a verdict: keep, rebuild, merge or retire, with the reason and the redirect specified.

Website content strategy

What each page has to make someone believe, the order the argument runs in, and the copy direction for each section. Not the copy itself.

A handoff a team you have never met could execute

Priorities, constraints, and everything already agreed.

Not workshop notes. These are the decisions the build is expected to follow.

Case studies

What changed when the decisions came first

I’m Bojan, a B2B website strategy consultant

I did not start in strategy. I spent more than a decade inside the work that comes after it: web design, motion, UX and digital execution. That meant seeing rebrands from the point where abstract decisions become real screens, real copy and real constraints. It also taught me which questions execution can solve and which ones arrive too late.

About Bojan
Results from getting the direction right first

What clients say the strategy changed

Eldar Tuvey, Founder & CEO at Vertice

“Bojan's team took on our full website refresh project and gave it a clear structure. The result is a site that better aligns with our brand, brings the product to life through animations, and is far simpler for our team to manage day to day. It's rare to work with someone who can handle the thinking and the execution and leave you with something this clear.”

Eldar Tuvey, Founder & CEO at Vertice

Remy Rosen, VP of Marketing at Sedric

“Professional and dedicated to getting the job done at the highest quality. The full website redesign improved our lead generation, SEO, and user engagement, and brought the product to life with animations that fit the brand perfectly.”

Remy Rosen, VP of Marketing at Sedric

James Ward, Head of Website at Personio

“My team and I have been fortunate to have worked with Bojan for a while now at Personio. He's an incredibly capable designer, supporting us on a number of major launches, and most recently our major website relaunch where his motion design expertise helped us to deliver the best website in our company history. Dependable and with a high quality standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.”

James Ward, Head of Website at Personio

Alex Stojanovic, Founder & CEO at Fiscallion

“Bojan's team's redesign efforts resulted in improved organic visibility, enhanced search rankings, longer user sessions, and increased engagement. They were highly attentive to details, responsive, and communicative. Their ability to balance design and functionality stood out in our partnership.”

Alex Stojanovic, Founder & CEO at Fiscallion

Alexander Laugomer, VP of Marketing at Kyan Health

“Bojan's team was a fantastic partner on our brand awareness video project. They collaborated closely with our design, marketing, and content teams, brought great creative energy to the process, and delivered an outstanding final result. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality animation work that is both strategic and beautifully executed.”

How long does Website Strategy take?

Three weeks, fixed. Your team's involvement is under 6 hours: four live sessions of up to 90 minutes, scheduled up front rather than spread across open-ended discovery.

How much does Website Strategy cost?

$7,500, fixed before the work starts. It is a defined strategy scope, not an open-ended consulting retainer or a bundled website build.

Does this include design or development?

No. The engagement ends with a build-ready strategy. Design, development, CRO, ongoing SEO and the build itself are outside the scope.

Do you interview our customers?

Not as a separate research programme. The diagnosis runs on the evidence you already have: how people behave on your site and in search, your existing customer research, and what sales hears in calls. That is a deliberate trade, and it is why three weeks is enough rather than three months. If the existing evidence has a material gap, I say so before the work starts.

How many pages does this cover?

The website content strategy covers up to 12 key pages. Every other URL on your site gets a verdict in the sitemap: keep, rebuild, merge or retire. If your site runs past roughly 60 URLs, we agree that before the work starts.

How involved does my team need to be?

I need access to the people who own the decisions, not your whole company. Under 6 hours across three weeks, scheduled in advance.

The fit call, 20 minutes

Get the decisions right before you pay to build them

If the build is moving faster than the decisions behind it, start here. 20 minutes, and we both decide whether this is the right work to do next.
